Microsoft is celebrating 100 days since then Launch of AI-powered search on Bing With some updates to the system. One of those Add a chatbot to phone screens across both iOS and Android.
“This week, we’re launching a new Bing Chat tool,” Microsoft said in a blog post on Tuesday. Soon, you’ll be able to tap the Bing icon to directly access the new Bing Chat experience, or tap the microphone icon to verbally ask a question.
In February, Microsoft revealed Bing search powered by the big language technology behind it chat, saying its search engine is now an “AI-powered co-pilot for the web”. Search results are starting to incorporate information from OpenAI as well as Bing adding a chat window to help you with things like creating shopping lists, summarizing PDFs, creating LinkedIn posts, and giving advice for your queries.
the The Bing AI chatbot has been opened to everyone using a Microsoft account in early May, though it was limited to the Edge browser on computers, phones and tablets, and the Bing app.
Today’s news means it’s now available as a tool, too.
Microsoft also announced that it’s bringing AI-powered Bing to the Compose feature in SwiftKey keyboard, “which will now format text according to the criteria you suggest—not just the subject but also the tone, formatting, and length of the message.”
It has also improved the quality of chats in languages other than English, and added the ability to follow a chatbot conversation between your mobile device and desktop.

Download the Bing Chat app on your home screen, touch and hold an empty space until your home screen minimizes, tap Widgets, scroll through the list or use the search function to find the Bing AI chat widget. Move it to where you want it to be on the home screen, lift your finger, and the widget is in place.

Download the Bing Chat app on your home screen, touch and hold an empty space until your apps jiggle, tap the plus (+) button on the top left corner, select the Bing AI chat widget, and choose the size you want. The piece to be inserted. Click Add widget.
