Quick Trends is why Many people use Google MapsBut the platform is more than just a glorified GPS app. Google says it has added more cities and landmarks to its site Immersive viewing situation. This mode allows you to see a virtual 3D view of over 500 landmarks around the world, as well as the cities of Amsterdam, Dublin, Florence, and Venice.
While Google says you can use this feature to learn about a place before you visit it, sometimes it’s fun to actually fly around different landmarks and places in the world for a bit of virtual tourism. Views also include real-time weather data and restaurant information when available to make the most of future trips. The immersive display is powered by an AI network, developed by Google, that links images of a specific city into a seamless 3D environment. The new cities are available for viewing today through Google Maps.
