iPhone will allow you to set a custom picture or Memoji for your calls with iOS 17


You will soon be able to get dressed iPhone Calls by setting a custom image that appears on the receiver’s screen when you make a call.

The feature was unveiled during Apple’s WWDC keynote address On mondays, it’s called personal contact stickers and it’s Part of iOS 17the next major update from Apple for the iPhone.

Personalized contact stickers allow you to customize how you appear on someone else’s phone when you call them. You can use pictures or emojis, combined with typography.

Apple said you can choose your own picture, font and color, and customize your contact sticker as much as you can choose your phone’s lock screen. Pictures appear not only in calls, but also as part of your contact card, creating a consistent look.

Additional updates are coming to iOS 17 experience. You have to be able to Turn your own photos into stickers which you can then use in text conversations, along with the standard emoji.

iOS 17 Messages will also transcribe the voice memos you receive. The new location sharing feature will allow you to keep track of your friends by seeing their location in your text conversation. The new check-in feature aims to keep a friend or family member updated on your journey home, notify them of your whereabouts, and let them know if you’re having trouble getting home.

iOS 17 is expected to be available as a public beta sometime next month, with the public release in September alongside Rumored iPhone 15 series.
