4 Reasons You Shouldnt Subscribe to the New Themes App Yet

Sure, more than 30 million people signed up for Threads the first night it was available, but that’s still a far cry from the numbers other Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram have accumulated. Facebook has more than 2 billion users, in addition to Instagram. To put things into perspective, Twitter has about 350 million users. With this in mind, the numbers subjects are currently getting can be both a blessing and a negative, depending on how they are viewed.

While the topics are definitely gaining popularity, there are still a few that are nearly as popular as other social media giants. Additionally, the more people rushing, it can create an erratic experience with the massive influx of users, making it difficult to organize your feed.

On the flip side, if the thread’s meteoric rise goes down, there won’t be enough people to make the service interesting or long-lasting. You may quickly notice that many of your favorite people and organizations have not yet moved on to topics. It might be worth waiting a bit and seeing how the proverbial chips fall on the theme’s user base.
