The whole concept of Smart TV, of course, revolves around compatibility and connectivity between a bunch of different devices. As such, it’s usually easy to connect a Smart TV to a Bluetooth headset or earphones. The general process is very similar to that offered by the PS4: while your audio device is paired (which means it’s visible to other Bluetooth-enabled systems), going to the Bluetooth menu in your TV’s settings should allow your TV to find the device in question and pair them. together.
From your TV’s audio settings, you’ll then only need to make sure that the audio is set to output through your earphones or headphone rather than your TV’s speakers (or whatever other audio device you might be using). This method works in conjunction with the DualSense controller’s microphone, which means you can still join a group chat with your friends.
While this is generally a convenient option for using Bluetooth audio with the PS5, there is another option for those who don’t have compatible smart TVs.
