Ford Mustang Mach-E Rally is expected to be derived from The current all-wheel drive variant of the carwith., which generates 346 horsepower. However, the car is expected to undergo extensive modifications to enhance its off-road capabilities. It’s not yet clear if Ford intends to base the special rally model on the more powerful GT and GT Performance versions of the Mustang Mach-E. the Performance variant GTIt, in particular, boasts a much higher power output of 480 horsepower and 654 pound-feet of torque than the standard version’s 346 horsepower.
In the press release shared by Ford, the image of the Mustang Mach-E Rally reveals several distinctive design elements. The car displays a rally-style roof spoiler emblazoned with the white Mustang crest and a custom industrial grille that incorporates two additional round lights. The car is also equipped with rally-style white wheels shod with BF Goodrich Trail Terrain T/A tires.
Since Ford has yet to release more enticing details about the car and its powertrain, we’ll have to wait for official confirmation from the company, which is expected before the end of 2023.
